Frank A. Sola

Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Sola has over 30 years of experience in the high technology industry, and from 1998 to the present was CEO and President of SystemSoft Corporation, a company specializing in system software for the mobile computer market. From 1988 until 1998, Mr. Sola was President and owner of Service Strategies, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in strategies for hardware and software service companies, including such clients as Lotus Development Corp, AT&T Paradyne, Computer Associates and Legent Corporation. From 1996 until 1998, Mr. Sola was also a Vice President of Cullinet Software. Mr. Sola has worked with emerging companies as an angel investor and Director and has assisted public companies with merger and acquisition transactions. From 1976 until 1985, Mr. Sola was also President and COO of Computer Partners, Inc., a professional services firm he founded, grew to $20 million in revenues and sold to Computer Sciences Corporation in 1986.

Marios Andreou

Chief Technology Officer/Chief Information Officer.

Marios Andreou joined ViaTech Technologies, Inc as CTO/CIO in 1995, capping a career as an information management systems developer that has spanned nearly twelve years of customer-driven solutions. Mr. Andreou oversees the development of company intellectual property and new projects, as well as service level delivery across all application categories, including customer-facing interactive features, e-commerce, data management, and enterprise data integration. His leadership in translating innovative business models into new applications and online services has provided a leading edge to C-level executives for ten years, including at Ford, Electronic Arts, Pepsi, Vivendi/Universal and General Electric. Mr. Andreou has a broad software and hardware engineering background covering cryptography, operating system design, database development, network and security applications.
